Carrying Positions:

Baby Carrier Harmony has four carrying positions: newborn, facing in, facing out, and on your back. You can carry in the facing-out position from around the age of five months, once your baby is strong enough to hold their head up unaided. You can carry your baby on your back from the age of 1 year.

Hip-healthy design: 
The International Hip Dysplasia Institute has evaluated Baby Carrier Harmony and declared it to be “hip healthy” when used in accordance with the instructions. 

Baby Carrier Harmony in 3D mesh and 3D jersey

Our 3D mesh (100% polyester) is a lightweight, soft, and flexible fabric that gently hugs your baby. This is a high-tech, breathable fabric, so it stays pleasantly cool when you’re babywearing. The tactile qualities of our 3D mesh enhance the closeness between you and your baby, and the high quality of the fabric ensures that the baby carrier dries quickly and retains its shape, wash after wash. The leg-position support is made of a soft, supportive fabric.

To maximise the comfort for your baby, we've chosen to use a soft fabric (100% polyester) as lining and a smooth, velvety 3D jersey (80% polyester, 16% cotton, 4% elastane) on the head support. The shoulder pads and back support are padded (polyester and PU foam) to offer superior comfort even for longer babywearing sessions.

Washing instructions

Life with little ones can get messy, right? That’s why our fabrics are super easy to clean – they’re machine washable, dry in no time, and keep their shape and colour intact. While our fabrics can handle frequent washing, let’s do our part for the planet: use lower wash temperatures and don’t over-wash. Use a washing bag to cut down on microplastic fibres entering the environment. Choose an eco-friendly detergent without bleach and ditch the fabric softener. Do not tumble dry or iron. For minor stains, a quick wipe with a damp cloth usually does the trick. Plus our products are free from any harmful levels of substances, so there’s no need to wash them before their first use.

Is Baby Carrier Harmony ergonomic for me, the babywearer?
Yes, we’ve designed Baby Carrier Harmony to make babywearing as comfortable as possible for you! When babywearing your tiny newborn, position the pressure-relieving waist belt around your waist. As your baby grows, move the belt down to your hips to better distribute the weight. The padded shoulder straps redistribute weight away from your shoulders and back, so you can babywear comfortably – even for longer sessions. The baby carrier also has padded back support for lower back relief.

Why does Baby Carrier Harmony have two height positions?
This is partly to provide optimal comfort for your growing baby and partly to enable you to babywear as comfortably as possible. There is one height position for newborns and one for older babies. When carrying an older baby, move the belt to your hips, so your baby is at the right height and the weight is distributed better.

How can I carry my baby in Baby Carrier Harmony?

Carrying your baby facing in strengthens the bond between the two of you, while the warmth of your breath and the sound of your heart provide a sense of security for your baby.
